I launched soundthing in 2005-2006. It's been a real back to the drawing board trek since then, but I like to walk pretty far, so there's no worries. At least 75% of my record collection is female vocal oriented. But I also believe that nature programmed the female vocal range to be the message (melody) carrier. Music in the West evolved from plainsong and chant to equal voiced polyphonic to the current formula of supportive chords (male range) and a top melodic line (female range). And I intend to follow nature's path. I hope to play the role of the axis to a wondrous medicine wheel of female psych-folk.
